Xerox WorkCentre printer not functioning correctly (Scan to Email)

If your Xerox WorkCentre printer isn't functioning correctly here's a few things to check;

 

Firstly make sure an IP is shown here;

If an IP isn't shown are you connected Wirelessly or Wired (Ethernet), now make sure the setting is matched here: Connectivity > Ethernet > Edit IPv4 > Primary Network;

Do you have an IP now shown on the home screen? If is so now try your scan to email or network function again.
