.NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5: Installing on Server 2012

Mount the ISO for Server 2012 and run the below Command:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:D:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

Where 'D' is the drive letter for your Mounted ISO.
