Check on https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ to find out what error message appears (without SSL if they don’t have an SSL Cert installed). Check that the following have the settings below within IIS, these can be found under Default Web Site. Exadmin, Exchange, Exchweb & Microsoft ActiveSync all have;
- Integrated windows Authentication ticked (Directory Security, Authentication and access control then Edit)
- Grant access allowed (Directory Security, IP Address and domain name restrictions then Edit)
Failing that next try turning off SSL one at a time under ‘Directory Security, secure communication then Edit’
