If you ever have a problem with an application crashing when trying to print it is usually a printer driver.
Simply delete the default printer and then try going to print again. If it still crashes, remove each printer one at a time until it stops crashing. Once it stops crashing then the last printer you removed was the problem and usually you'll find its fixed after re-adding the printer(s). If not download a newer driver for the problem printer from the Internet.
