A start menu in Windows 8 or Server 2012 without any third-party software

If you want a more traditional way to access your programs in Windows 8, there's a very elegant solution which takes just 3 clicks and a copy and paste:

1. Right-click on your task bar and navigate to 'Toolbars', then click "New toolbar"
2. Copy and paste the following path into the resulting dialog:
   C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
3. Click 'Select Folder'

It's as simple as that.
