Login to cPanel

Security > SSL/TLS

• Private Keys (KEY) > Generate, view, upload, or delete your private keys
  • Delete existing Private Key
  • Go back
  • Return to SSL Manager
• Certificate Signing Requests (CSR) > Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests
  • Delete existing Certificate Signing Request (if exists)
  • Go back
  • Return to SSL Manager
• Certificates (CRT) > Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates
  • Delete existing certificate (if exists)
  • Go back
  • Return to SSL Manager
• Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS) > Manage SSL sites
  • Uninstall

Security > SSL/TLS Status

• make sure the required domains are included in SSL (they should now show "No certificate available. AutoSSL will attempt to secure the domain the next time it runs.")
• click "Run AutoSSL"

In WHM > Manage AutoSSL > Pending queue, you can track the status. It will keep checking for the certificates every 5 minutes until issued and then will install them.
